Bold Dance Company, Mississauga, Ontario was declared one of the top six competition studios in Canada by Dance Spirit Magazine. They offer a variety of dance programs from recreational to competitive.
Bold thrives in educating, inspiring and encouraging all of their students to be the best they can be the happiness and success of their dancers is very important to them. Their mission is to provide the technique, skills and knowledge needed for entering the professional world dance.
To celebrate their Open House, I was commissioned to paint a mural representing their mission.
The word BOLD stands for “Believe it”, “Own it”, “Love it” and “Dream it”. For that reason I created a design for the main wall of the entrance where abstracted dancers represent each letter of the name of the company. The selected colour palette was part of their logo.
